Aka Okumura was born in Kyoto, Japan in 1992, she began to teach herself painting in 2015. By depicting a girl surrounded by the elements of life and death, environmental destruction, flowers and waves, Agha Okura uses her own interpretation to depict the contradictions in the painting as an eternal maiden who remains unchanged in a changing world.
