Fine large 19th century French Impressionist view of a river landscape possibly near Moret, oil on canvas by Alfred Sisley. Excellent quality and condition view a summer landscape by the river with scattered flecks of citrine light in trees and grass with light cloud hanging in the sky above typical of Sisley's painting in the commune of Moret. Signed bottom left. The work is an original composition that has yet to be formally authenticated. Presented in a good gilt frame.
